李以全 I-Chuan Lee (b. Taiwan) is a multimedia artist based in New York. He graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a MFA in Photo, Video, and Related Media. Before coming to New York, he was a documentary filmmaker and freelance photographer working with NGOs.
